Glenmere?
« on: December 27, 2019, 08:50:41 AM »
Over the past several years, the lake association hired a company to run bubblers to prohibit weed growth, so no ice fishing.
Does anyone know if they will continue to operate the bubblers?

My father brought me, my brother and the neighborhood kids here and he taught us how to ice fish, many of us still ice fish today. We were there every weekend from December to March; I would love to get back on that lake.

The bubblers were running when I fished there this fall. I heard from a friend that lives close by, that you can fish the opposite end, parking in the turn around at the end of Glenmere Homesites rd.

I believe the bubblers are only on the end where dam is located, by the park.

There were signs up in past years no ice fishing, skating , snowmobiling etc. Havent been by there recently ,so not 100% sure if bubblers are still on.
