I just charred the Pablano peppers I harvested from my garden for venison chili, chilis rellenos and blackfish gumbo. Used my Benzomatic torch . . . . works gr8!

This is what it looks like with the charred skin removed. . . just rub it off with a paper towel.
The charring of the skin gives the pepper great flavor!
