Hunted Tivoli bays on opening day and what a nightmare! City people were shooting at anything flying within 150 feet, geese out of season, comorants, crows... Nothing wanted to land from all the skybusting. People setting up right on top of eachother and shooting 15 minutes before legal shooting time. I've never seen so many people there.

I had a blind in north Tivoli bay 20yrs ago and it was like that back then too. Guys would try stealing our blind, shoot at swans, black ducks out of season, and set up 75yrds from us. Got in to a lot of heated arguments with several of those goons. I ended up going out to the big water just to avoid them. So sad how that there’s hunters out there like that.

Picked up a couple wood ducks opening morning.  Not much around
